The president stated the two had maintained a continuous dialogue and held two meetings over the past week. 'America and the world have lost a resolute leader,' Zelensky wrote, expressing condolences to Graham's family and colleagues. Graham's death occurred days after he concluded a visit to Ukraine. During the trip, he toured a production facility of the Ukrainian technology-defense company SkyFall. The facility manufactures heavy bomber drones, first-person view (FPV) drones, and interceptor systems. 'I believe that it would be a huge mistake for America not to cooperate with Ukraine in the field of drones,' Graham told journalists following the tour. 'They are ready to help us because we were ready to support Ukraine in the hardest times.'
